If the Merchants are different, please place your orders one by one. ie., complete the payment transaction of one product and then proceed with the next. This is done to ensure safety of the transactions in the interest of both buyers and Merchants.
ii. If you are selecting products that come under the ‘Hot Direct Buys’ category, there are no restrictions at all. You can place as many products, as you want, of different sellers in a single cart and proceed with the payment.
Technically yes, since Demoport provides you a window to connect with the Merchants offline.
However, such transactions will be outside the purview of Demoport and you will lose out on Demoport’s Buyer Protection Program, post-sales assistance, loyalty points, Promo Code Discounts etc.
Demoport only sends you an Acknowledgement ( On-screen / Mail / SMS) once you successfully place your order. All other order-related documents such as Delivery Challans, Invoices etc. will be raised by the concerned Merchants. Applicable documents will be submitted to you by the Merchant at the time of delivery of the ordered products.
Once your order is successfully placed, an acknowledgement is displayed on the website that you can download or print. This acknowledgement with complete details of your order ( Order Ref No / ordered items) is also mailed to your registered email id along with an SMS notification.
You can also check the current status of your order in the ‘Orders Placed’ section of your Registered Account.
Simultaneously, your order details are shared with the respective Merchant. The Merchant, in turn, gets in touch with you and starts processing the order.
These are automatic system-driven processes.
Unfortunately no. Products that are listed as ‘Out of Stock’ are not available for sale. This status will automatically change when the respective Merchants update their inventory status.
This applies only to the ‘Hot Direct Buys’ category. While the MRP of the product is the same, the Merchants are at liberty to set their offer price for the product and that could differ from Merchant to Merchant. As a buyer, you have the liberty to choose from whom to buy from the list of Merchants displayed.
For all other products that require a ‘Price Authorization’ process, only the MRP is displayed and the Merchants will let you know their final offer price at the time of your interaction with them. Thereafter, you can buy the product from a Merchant of your choice.
Apologies first. Demoport is only an online marketplace where verified third-party Merchants sell their products to people. While our operations team puts its best efforts to ensure that the order is executed to the buyer’s satisfaction, sometimes we are forced to cancel the order due to any of the following reasons.
i. The respective Merchant has run out of stock.
ii. The Merchant is not able to deliver the product to your delivery location due to some unavoidable reasons.
iii. Inaccurate / wrong pricing information
In the event of such cancellations, we shall keep you informed on the same.
In the case of ‘Hot Direct Buys’, the selling prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and you just pay the selling price that is listed on the site. Local cartage alone may be extra based on the policy of the concerned Merchants. There are no other charges.
For all other products, this question doesn’t arise since the price is decided mutually between you and the Merchant before you place an order on Demoport.

Since most of the orders are executed by the local Merchants, the delivery / order fulfillment is completed between 6-24 hours excluding public holidays and Sundays. Besides, Merchants will also inform you the estimated delivery time at the time of your pre-sales / or post-order discussions with them.
However, deliveries may get delayed due to non-availability of the product with the Merchants and factors beyond the control of the Merchant.
The estimated delivery time is based on the products you have chosen. This will be informed to you by the concerned Merchant at the time of your pre-sales discussions with the Merchant.
Your order status will be available on your Account Section under the ‘Orders Placed’ link. However, please note that for most of the B2C and select B2B products, the fulfillment / delivery is completed within a day’s time.
Once you place your order successfully, you will receive an on-screen acknowledgement and details of the order are sent to your registered email id.
The concerned Merchant will contact you over phone to know your convenient date and time for delivery and thereafter will deliver the ordered products along with the requisite documents. ie., Delivery Challan cum Invoice, Warranty Card, User Manuals etc.
Yes. You can do that for products that are delivered by the local Merchants. However, that may not be possible if the products are delivered from outside your city through third-party logistics providers.
However, no worries. You have the option of returning the products immediately in case you find some genuine issues with the delivered products.
Rewards Program is offered by Demoport to its Registered Users, free of cost. Registered users, under this program, will earn points with every purchase they make on Demoport. These points, once they reach the stipulated threshold limit, can be redeemed against future transactions on Demoport.in.

Yes. These Reward Points will expire in 12 months from the date of their issue.

No. Amount paid using the redemption of existing Reward Points is not eligible for further points. However, if you have made only a part-payment using the points, you will get points for the balance payment made using other payment options.
Please note that the amount paid using Promo Codes are also not eligible for Reward Points.
You can cancel your order online (from your Account) before the Merchant delivers the ordered product/s to you. Once the delivery has been done, then you cannot cancel that order.
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped and your entire order amount will be refunded.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive confirmation from the Merchant.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
In order to cancel an item in your order:

☆ Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'View Details' link
☆ In the detailed order page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items in that order
☆ Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation and confirm cancellation
Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible
The ‘Cancel’ link gets automatically disabled once the ordered product has been delivered to you.

Precisely why, Demoport enables pre-sales interactions between buyers and Merchants that help buyers take the right buying decisions. Further, the payment made by the buyer on the Website is released to the Merchant only on receipt of buyer confirmation.
Therefore, in case a Returns Claim is made before we release the payment to the Merchant (ie., before the buyer gives his confirmation), we will ascertain the genuinity of the case and shall mediate with the Merchant to accept the returns.
However, if the Returns Claim is made after we release the payment to the Merchant, then the buyer has to take it up with the Merchant directly. Demoport shall certainly assist you to connect with the Merchant or the concerned official of the principal brand in order to facilitate an amicable solution.

Yes. The free gift is actually a part of the deal and needs to be returned along with the delivered products.
i. If the payment has not been released to the Merchant, we will refund your money within 7-10 days from the date of receipt of acceptance / confirmation from the Merchant.
ii. In case your payment has already been released to the Merchant, then the time period for the refund will depend on the Merchant’s Refund Policy. Demoport shall actively assist you, to the maximum extent possible, in resolving the issue amicably.
This generally depends on what payment mode you originally chose to make the payment on Demoport.
If you have made the payment by way of net banking or debit card, the refund will be done by NEFT transfer to your Bank Account. If you have used your credit card / wallets to make the payment, we will re-credit your account.
Depending on the circumstances, we may use any other modes to effect the refund, at our absolute discretion. However, cash refund is not an option.
In case you have made your payment on COD (Cash on Delivery) basis, then the refund will be done by the Merchant directly to you by any mutually acceptable mode.
