Safe and on-time delivery of the ordered products is one of the important concerns for online shoppers. At Demoport, that’s virtually a non-issue.

No third-parties are involved in the delivery. The seller hand-delivers the product/s through his personnel and so there is no question of delayed deliveries, transit damages and other related issues.

Product Installation and Training

Many of the products listed with us require installations, erection/commissioning and user training. Proper installation and systematic training enables you to use the product correctly and optimally. At Demoport, we ensure that trained and brand-authorized technical personnel handholds you in this process.

It doesn’t stop there. In the post-purchase stage, in case you have any service issues with the product which remains unresolved at a local level, you can directly take it up with the senior officials of the concerned brands by using our Service Form.

Limitations

Certain products or services listed in our portal may not require compatibility evaluations.

Free delivery is available only for select products. Same day deliveries are applicable for products that are stocked by the sellers locally. In case of non-stock items, Delivery Schedule will be intimated by the respective Sellers at the time of Demo or Compatibility Evaluation.

Scope of the above supports depends on the nature of product/s or services chosen and to the extent approved by the respective Sellers and their principal brands. Sellers will keep you informed about this at the time of their interaction with you.

Post-Sales Supports come into our scope only when the order is placed online with Demoport. Online transactions enable our team to automatically track the order status with the sellers and keep you posted, from time to time.

Our scope in providing the above services is limited to being a liaising platform for the buyers and sellers. Responsibility for any legal obligations which may arise from extending such services or failure to extend such services squarely rests with the respective sellers.
